How can I connect a new bank account, or refresh my current connection?

Connect your bank account with Plaid in 3 easy steps

Banks will routinely cycle off a Plaid connection, and we need to refresh your link to help you set aside your money every time you get paid.

Here's what you need to do in your Ruby Money app:

  1. On your app's home screen, you should see a message prompting you to connect your bank. Select that to get started.
  2. If you don't see this message, select the User Icon in the top right corner, select "Unlink account," and then select "Connect bank account" to open Plaid.
  3. Follow the Plaid instructions to reconnect your bank account.
That's it! Once you're done, your app will automatically update and you'll be able to fully use Ruby Money again.
